Mark Sheppard

Mark established Copperfield to help companies create ownership culture through effective organisational communication. Previously Managing Director of communication consultancy Pepper UK and of creative agency Flag, Mark has delivered innovative stakeholder communication and technology programmes to leading companies such as Sony, BP, Thomson Reuters, BAT, Hewlett Packard, and Orange. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MA from the Annenberg School for Communication, University of Southern California, and a BAH from Queen's University, Canada.

Emma Dawson

Emma worked with Mark at Pepper and was delighted to be able to join him as one of the founder partners at Copperfield. With a background in marketing communications and market research, Emma works with our clients to create targeted communication solutions to help them meet their goals.

Emma combines her background in database management and data analysis, along with many years experience in delivering software and technology solutions, in order to help our clients. She is ideally placed to work on projects requiring a deeper understanding of the audience needs and its response to the communication programmes we deliver.

Sarah Lisle

Formerly of Pepper and a founder partner of Copperfield, Sarah oversees the account management team, your day-to-day contacts during a project. The account managers liaise with your administrators and advisors, the creative and technical teams as well as the suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of your communication campaigns.

An experienced account manager, Sarah has delivered share plan communication projects and managed the production of financial education programmes for many companies including Cadbury, Reuters, Orange and
Punch Taverns.

Jane Darlington

Jane (previously Jane Maggs) has many years experience in designing and delivering share plan communication projects. She has worked in independent agencies and as part of a communications team within one of the large share plan administration companies.
