Crafting Communication for Cadbury plc
We have worked with Cadbury on their PSP and HiPRA share award communications for the last two years.
The awards both present their own communication challenges; one has complex performance criteria that need to be met in order for the participants to benefit, the other is an extremely prestigious award, presented to only a select few high performing employees. And all this in the brand new Cadbury brand!
Using our share plan communication background, we were able to create a traditional print campaign that emphasised the key messages and explained clearly how the performance criteria would be measured.
